    Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

    Payment methods accepted are Apple Pay and credit/debit card via Stripe payments.

    International shipping policy?

    We do ship outside the USA, although shipping costs will need to be paid by you.

    Delivery time estimate?

    Small items under 1 ounce will be shipped via stamped mail, which can take up to three weeks.

    Items over 1 ounce will be shipped First Class mail which typically takes 3-4 business days.

    Finally, packages over 1 pound will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail which takes 3 business days.

    How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

    Your payment data is handled by Stripe for credit/debit card payments and Apple for Apple Pay. Your data is never seen by or can be accessed by snyderrepairs.com.

    What happens after ordering?

    If a product is purchased, it will typically be shipped out within one business day.

    If a service is purchased, you will need to send in your device. Instructions are specific per service and can be found on their individual pages.

    Will I receive an invoice?

    Invoices will not be sent if payment is sent at the time of purchase.
