This service will repair your Joycon if it does not power on/connect up to your Switch console anymore. You will be refunded in full (excluding shipping) if we cannot fix your device.

Here’s how this works: you pay to ship your device to us, and when work has completed on your device, we will pay to have it return shipped to you.
